Ops HubConnect your business tools
into one system.
Your data sits in a CRM, an accounting package, a job tracker and a pile of spreadsheets. I bring it into one checked place, with a clear source of truth for each field, and your team keeps the tools it already knows. A tool is replaced only when the numbers say it should be.
Verified sales leads from 130+ sources, checked before they ever reach the CRM.
A company's best sales moment is a specific, time-sensitive event, and catching it was manual and slow.

Related work: many sources pulled into one checked place. Ops Hub is a new offer that builds on it.
For teams whose data lives in too many places.
When teams call me, it’s usually one of these.
From scattered tools to one source of truth
Audit tools and costs
I list every tool, what it holds, who uses it and what it costs.
Build the central database
One database, with a defined source of truth for each field.
Connect the tools
API sync with error alerts, permissions and approvals.
Report, and replace where it pays
Reports on demand, and custom modules where replacing a tool pays off.
What gets built
Scoped to the tools you use and the numbers you report on, with safeguards and ownership included.
Tool and cost audit
What each tool holds, who uses it and what it costs.
Central database with a source of truth per field
One place for the data, with a clear owner for every field.
API sync with error alerts
Tools stay connected, and a failed sync raises an alert instead of failing quietly.
Permissions and approvals
Who can see and change what, and where a person signs off.
Reports on demand
The numbers you need, drawn from one place instead of three exports.
Custom modules where replacing pays off
A tool is replaced only when the numbers support it.
Connect your tools, or replace one?
Connecting is the default. Whether to replace a tool is decided tool by tool in the Build Plan.
| Factor | Connect (default) | Replace |
|---|---|---|
| When it fits | The tool does its job but its data is stuck inside | The tool costs more than it earns or blocks how you work |
| What changes for the team | Nothing for the tool they use | A new custom module takes its place |
| Cost | A one-time build, priced before code | A larger build; the subscription it replaces ends |
| Risk | Low: the existing tool keeps running | Higher: data must be moved and checked first |
What the Build Plan gives you (from $500)
Ops Hub: common questions
No. Connecting is the default, and your team keeps the tools it already knows. A tool is replaced only when the numbers support it, and that is decided tool by tool in the Build Plan.
MCP is one way for AI tools to read connected data. It is one connection layer, not the integration itself: sync, permissions and audit trails are built separately. Whether you need it depends on whether you want AI tools reading the data.
Not for tools that are only connected. They keep using what they use today. Only a tool that is replaced means something new to learn.
The Build Plan starts from $500, is ready in 2–3 days and is credited in full toward the build. The build itself is a fixed price agreed before code.
You do. You own all code and IP on final payment, and the accounts and data stay yours.
